Days 1 and 2:
Chocolate Celebration Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and Dark Chocolate Ganache
Marbled Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Strawberry Macarons with Strawberry Jam and White Chocolate Ganache
What you will learn
"Play with your food,” said no parent ever. Until now! For two, fun-filled days, your favorite kitchen helper will get plenty of hands-on practice—baking and decorating a celebration cake with the macarons and marbled chocolate dipped strawberries they prepared in class. We’ll cover essential techniques and give kids a great foundation for a lifetime of baking. Classes run about two hours each and last for two consecutive days. Young chefs will bake, design and decorate their own cake which they'll take home along with a packet of recipes. Designed for ages 12 and older, this series will make your teen more competent and confident in the kitchen.
*Please note: This series is only available as a two-day series. No single day enrollments.
