What you will learn
"Play with your food," said no parent ever. Until now! For two, fun-filled days, your favorite kitchen helper will get plenty of hands-on practice—from crafting homemade honeycomb rigatoni to working with fresh masa. We’ll cover essential techniques and basic knife skills, giving kids a great foundation for a lifetime of cooking. Classes run about two hours each and last for two consecutive days. Young chefs will enjoy generous samples of each delicious dish and take home a packet of recipes. Designed for ages 12 and older, this series will make your teen more competent and confident in the kitchen.
*Please note: This series is only available as a two-day series. No single day enrollments.
