What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: In this class, we will introduce you to the five major flavors of Thai cuisine—sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy. You’ll learn about unique Thai ingredients that will complement the fall flavor of pumpkin. Practice knife skills, stir-frying and building balanced flavors while learning the ins and outs of a Perfect Pad Thai. You’ll never want to settle for takeout again.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work at your own individual station, with your own equipment.
Hands-on classes are limited to 8 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
