Shaped like small horns and embellished with fanciful frills, Sfoglini’s trumpets pasta adds a tasty twist to everything from mac and cheese to pasta salads. Made in New York City from organic durum semolina flour, this artisan pasta is vegan, non-GMO and incredibly delicious.

Sfoglini was born from the vision of chef Steve Gonzalez, who has been a part of some of New York City’s most formidable pasta programs, and former creative director Scott Ketchum who both wanted to bring a superior, locally produced pasta to New York City. After opening their doors in 2012, they quickly gained popularity with a line of traditional organic durum semolina pastas, as well as New York state grain pastas and an innovative collection of seasonal pastas made with fresh local ingredients. Sflglini pastas are served at revered New York restaurants, including Tom Colicchio’s Riverpark, Chef’s Club by Food & Wine and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
