We invite you to an exclusive opportunity to dine with Gabe Thompson, executive chef of four New York fine Italian restaurants L’Apicio, dell’anima, L’Artusi, and Anfora, as part of a very intimate group in the kitchen of our Hell’s Kitchen store.
Chef Thompson’s bold and brashly spiced Italian cuisine, anchored by classic technique, has earned him accolades in publications like Food & Wine and Bon Appétit, and nominations in 2011 and 2012 as Food & Wine People’s Best New Chef.
Chef Thompson will create and discuss a selection of his favorite dishes right in front of you. We’ll also serve each dish as it’s prepared, so you’ll enjoy an elegant seated dinner over the course of your evening.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of The Grilling Book, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine, and other gifts.
