What You Will Learn

One thing everyone can agree on is that they sure know how to eat down in New Orleans. In this class, we'll teach you how to brown that roux and spice it up right and make a gumbo with real cajun flair. After all the spice it is time for sugar so we will whip up some beignets, light and crispy. Some good ol’ Southern yarns spun by our Chef will round out the experience and you'll be singing Louis Armstrong all the way home.
