Garlic & Dill Crab Cake Slider

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic & Dill Crab Cake seasoning (packet makes 3 batches)
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs



Procedure

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes. Make into patties using a ¼-cup measuring cup. Cook crab cakes 5 minutes per side in a nonstick (or buttered) skillet over medium heat.
