Smoke & Spice Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • ½ oz Ron Zacapa Rum
  • ¾ oz Cocchi di Torino Sweet Vermouth
  • ¼oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
  • Dash of mole bitters and aromatic bitters
  • Garnish: orange twist and smoke

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice.

Stir well and strain over fresh ice in and Double Old Fashioned glass.

Mist with orange oil and garnish with twist.

Place in to The Smoking Box and smoke cocktail with Applewood chips.
