What you will learn
Are you tired of preparing the same chicken dinners? In this class you’ll discover techniques and tools for getting delicious chicken dishes on the table quickly and efficiently. First, working in teams of two, you will learn how to debone a whole chicken. Then, working in groups with other students, our expert chef instructor will teach you three different ways to prepare that chicken, taking flavors from around the world and infusing them into exciting new dishes.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
