What you will learn
Make your next celebration extra-special with a gorgeous homemade layer cake. In this 2-day, comprehensive, hands-on class, our pastry chef instructor will share professional techniques for properly mixing and baking cake layers from scratch, assembling and flavoring various fillings and frostings, and basic techniques for decorating and embellishing.
