2019 Sur La Table BK Dutch Oven Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Giveaway (“2019 Sur La Table BK Dutch Oven”) is administered and sponsored by Sur La Table, Inc. (“Sur La Table” or “Sponsor”) and is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein.

How to Enter. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. On October 22 through October 25, 2019, Sur La Table will hold a social media only giveaway. To enter during the Entry Period (defined below):

(i) Post a Comment wherein you use the hashtags #BakingwithBK #SLTsweepstakes and @ tag another person either:
a. On the Sur La Table Facebook post soliciting giveaway entries on the Sur La Table Facebook page  (https://www.facebook.com/SurLaTable)
or
b. On the Sur La Table Instagram post soliciting giveaway entries on the Sur La Table Instagram page  (https://www.instagram.com/surlatable/)

Posting a Comment anywhere on Facebook or Instagram or in any other manner than as described above will not be accepted. If Entry is submitted on Instagram, Entrant must be following @surlatable and @bkcookware.us.

Posting a Comment (i) to Instagram or Facebook without the hashtags #BakingwithBK, #SLTsweepstakes and @ tagging another person will not be accepted. If you are not already a member of Facebook or Instagram, you may download and install the free Facebook or Instagram application (or visit their respective website) and register for a free account. Entry by other means will not be accepted. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Each eligible participant (also an “Entrant”) completing the entry process by either Facebook or Instagram will receive an entry (also each an “Entry” or collectively, the “Entries”) into the Giveaway. Only one Entry per participant will be counted. More than one Comment on Facebook or Instagram will be treated as a single entry.

Duration. Entry for this Giveaway by Facebook or Instagram will only be accepted from 12:00 AM (PST) on October 22, 2019 to 11:59 PM (PST) on October 25, 2019 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for the Giveaway

Prizes. . In this Giveaway, Sur La Table will be awarding one Grand Prize of one (1) BK Dutch Oven, 5.5 QT. ARV: $208

Prize Conditions. No cash will be awarded in lieu of, as part of, or in addition to any Prize. The Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted by the winner as awarded. If a winner is unable to accept or use a Prize, another winner will be chosen. Other restrictions may apply. Sur La Table reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sur La Table does not provide any warranty for the Prizes, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Drawing. One winner will be selected from all Entries received during the Entry Period in a random drawing (“Drawing”) held on or around October 28, 2019. The Drawing will be conducted by Sur La Table, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The winner will be announced at the time of the Drawing at Sur La Table Corporate Headquarters. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified within seven days following the Drawing by Sur La Table using Instagram or Facebook direct messaging or the winner’s email address. Each winner will have 48 hours from the date of notification by Facebook or Instagram direct messaging or by email to claim their prize. At the sole discretion of Sur La Table, if a winner fails to claim their prize during this 48- hour period, the winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. In the event of prize forfeiture, Sur La Table may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Sur La Table shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by a potential winner to claim their prize for any reason.

Odds. The odds of winning depend upon the number of Entries received during the Entry Period.

Geographic Restrictions. Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States.

Other Restrictions. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility. Limit one Entry per person. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter or win. Eligibility of the winner will be verified. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Employees, contractors, representatives, directors, officers of Sur La Table, and their families and households, are not eligible. The winner may be required to sign a publicity release that will allow the use of that winner's name by Sur La Table. By entering this Giveaway, Entrants and winner release Sur La Table, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, Facebook and Instagram (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability and shall hold the Released Parties harmless for any injuries, claims, losses or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from the Giveaway or participation in any Giveaway-related activity or arising from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

Prize Delivery. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days after Sur La Table verifies each winner’s eligibility to enter and win this Giveaway, and the winner provides Sur La Table with an executed affidavit of eligibility, liability release and publicity release (if required) and their mailing address.

Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (i) late, misdirected, misaddressed, or incomplete Entries; (ii) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other failures of any kind (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning Entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook or Instagram account or the email address used for the Entry. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

Taxes: All taxes and other costs related to the acceptance or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
