What you will learn
Join us for a late morning in the kitchen recreating Thomas Keller’s delicious fall recipes. In this class we will focus on the basics of making fresh pasta, bread dough, a delicious dessert, and more. Every student will take home a copy of Ad Hoc at Home, a wonderful book full of Thomas Keller’s amazing, crowd pleasing recipes.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
