Thanks to EZ Clean, a unique patented technology, this machine automatically filters and stores the clean oil for your next use. After frying, simply turn off appliance and move dial to Automatic Filtration setting. When the integrated temperature sensor senses the oil has cooled, it begins the process of draining oil through a sieve and into a removable oil storage container below. An intuitive digital timer with indicator lights helps you achieve perfectly deep-fried foods. Oil storage container, fryer bowl and fryer basket are dishwasher safe.
