As we re-enter the school year, its time to get Back to Basics in the kitchen! Learn how simple it can be to prepare delicious, satisfying seafood dishes at home. We'll share tips for taking advantage of what's available at market, then walk you through the steps to attaining the perfect sear, grill and roast on an assortment of fresh fish. We'll also explain how to elevate each with seasonings and homemade sauces. Come sharpen your skills and get set for a delicious fall season of home-cooked meals.
