What you will learn
In this 1 - 1 1/2 hour, 2 recipe class, we’ll focus on the basics of a making stocks and soups. Because a great dish is only as good as its foundation, we’ll start with the techniques professional chefs use to make the perfect homemade stock. Then, we’ll use that stock to create a comforting and delicious soup. You’ll leave with the tools you need to create and use stocks at home with ease.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
