In 2005, he joined forces with fellow culinary hobbyist Renato Poliafito to create Baked, a confectionery shop in Brooklyn, New York. A decade and four cookbooks later, Lewis has become one of the most celebrated bakers in the United States. For this very special hands-on class, Matt Lewis joins us in the Sur La Table kitchen to share recipes from his latest cookbook Baked Occasions. You’ll learn secrets for making everything from pumpkin cheesecake brownies to a rum-infused Hair of the Dog Cake.
