What you will learn
In this two part class we will delve into the world of beer. How to make it and how to cook with it. The first day of class will cover the essentials of beer brewing and bottling. Participants will have the chance to make different styles of beer, which we will taste and use for cocking in the second class. The second class will focus on cooking with, tasting, and paring beers.
**Participants must be available to attend both sessions. All beer made in class will be used and tasted in class. None will be available to take home.**
