What you will learn
When Burnside Brewing arrived on the scene in 2010, they were an instant success. The combination of great easy drinking beers with inspired favors and bold creativity have led to a selection of artisan brews that have quickly become a staple among Portland beer connoisseurs. In this class, we will explore a selection of five of Burnside Brewing’s artisan beers. Burnside Brewing beer gurus will be on hand to walk you through tasting and pairing the selection of brews and our chef will teach you how to prepare five delicious beer-infused dishes designed to elevate both beer and food.
