This class will inspire you to create big, bold Southern flavors right in your own kitchen. You instructor will walk you through tips and techniques for cooking up classic Southern fare quickly and easily. We’ll prepare a menu of Dixie delicacies perfect for family dinners, backyard gatherings, and much more.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
