What you will learn
No celebration meal is complete without something sweet. Whether you are going to a party or throwing one, everyone loves bite-sized desserts. In this class you will learn how to set out an impressive and festive holiday assortment of miniature desserts. Our chef will show you how to create some holiday classic flavors in a new way. We will also discuss how to create the prefect dessert buffet.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
