Preset cooking functions include Wood Fired, New York, Thin and Crispy, Pan Pizza and Frozen Pizza. For wood-fired and Neapolitan-style pizzas, the deflector shield protects your toppings from intense heat while reflecting radiant heat towards the crust, achieving the spotted charred effect brick ovens are known for. Manual Mode allows you to individually control temperatures, selecting which heating elements you’d like to use. Additional settings include Crust Only, which helps achieve charred spotting, and a setting for even heat that ensures your toppings, cheese and dough are perfectly browned.
