What you will learn
Discover a new set of skills as our expert chef instructor guides you though the processes of butchering various types of meat and fish. We'll take you through the process of preparing, cutting and cleaning meat and fish. You will also learn how to maintain your knife to ensure stealth, clean cuts. After leaving the class you should have a firm understanding of how to butcher a chicken, a whole fish and how to “French” lamb chops.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking
