Join us to learn how to make cochinita pibil, a braised pork from the Yucatan, traditionally mady in a fire pit dug into the ground, esquites, the Mexican street food favorite, a zesty salsa with the best corn tortilla chips you've ever tasted, and the Tex Mex favorite, sopapillas. Tell your friends to don their finest sombreros, we're turning the kitchen into a cocina!

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
