What you will learn
Join us as we celebrate Cinco De Mayo with one great big fiesta in the kitchen. Learn classic techniques and use traditional spices, peppers, tortillas and other Mexican ingredients as we create sauces, salsas and flavorful main dishes. By the end of class, you will have all the know-how to throw your own fiesta -- just add margaritas!

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
