Meat is Cosentino’ s muse: enthusiasts travel to experience his lauded charcuterie selection, which includes an array of in-house cured and roasted meats, traditional cuts and a daily offering of offal, his passion. He is also a lover of the giant garden that is California, as he puts it, so expect to enjoy a balanced meal filled with bold and satisfying flavors.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of Chris's book, Beginnings: My Way To Start a Meal, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine.
