We invite you to an exclusive dining opportunity with Jimmy Bradley, author and chef/owner of The Red Cat, as part of a very intimate group in the kitchen of our Hell's Kitchen store.
Chef Bradley creates straightforward—occasionally irreverent—Mediterranean cuisine, reinterpreted for a modern American clientele and served without pretense.
He'll prepare and discuss a selection of his favorite dishes right in front of you. We’ll serve each dish as it’s prepared, so you’ll enjoy an elegant seated dinner over the course of the evening.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of his cookbook, The Red Cat Cookbook, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine, and other gifts.
