We invite you to an exclusive dining opportunity with chefs Terrence Gallivan and Seth Siegel-Gardner, owners of Houston’s The Pass & Provisions, as part of a very intimate group in the kitchen of our River Oaks store. Since meeting in NYC in 2005 while running Gordon Ramsay’s Maze, Gallivan and Siegel-Gardner have created an intimate, pleasing venue dedicated to celebrating their history, collaborations and the geographical complexity of their incredible and varied cooking experiences, transforming global pedigree into an elegant, regional cuisine all their own.
Enjoy an elegant seated dinner as the chefs create and discuss a selection of their favorite dishes in front of you. Their cuisine is sophisticated and adventurous, challenging their diners with the deliciously unexpected.
