We invite you to an exclusive dining opportunity with Zach Pollack, one half of the head chef duo at Sotto, as part of a very intimate group in the kitchen of our Farmers Market store.
Chef Pollack is known for his devotion to traditional Italian gastronomy, with a special knack for homemade pasta and deliciously blistered Neapolitan pizza pies.
He'll create and discuss a selection of his favorite dishes right in front of you. We’ll serve each dish as it’s prepared, so you’ll enjoy an elegant seated dinner over the course of the evening.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of The Grilling Book, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine, and other gifts.
