In this class you'll work side by side with other students as our instructor teaches the easy yet impressive techniques behind this menu full of fresh, seasonal recipes prepared with chef-style flair. We’ll show you how to make a classic white butter sauce, cook fish perfectly every time, and the best ways to season and finish dishes like a pro.
