What you will learn
Gather everyone around and serve it up steaming and spicy hot: it’s chili time! Everyone has their own favorite ingredients and spices, making chili one of the greatest dishes for expressing your individuality. In our class we’ll cover how to make the most of different proteins, beans, vegetables and spices and round everything off with an authentic Southern cornbread. You’ll gain the confidence to make these chilis your own. Don’t forget to bring cheese and sour cream!
