In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to the spices and ingredients that make Chinese cuisine uniquely delicious and universally popular. You’ll laugh and learn alongside classmates practicing techniques for perfectly creating classic homemade dumplings, learning how to stir-fry vegetables and noodles, and end on a sweet note with fresh ginger ice cream.
