In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to the spices and ingredients that make Chinese cuisine uniquely delicious and universally popular. You'll laugh and learn alongside classmates practicing techniques for perfectly cooking pork, stir frying vegetables and creating classic homemade dumplings. Then we'll end on a sweet note with an incredibly creamy custard-based tart. Join us and discover how deliciously simple Chinese cooking can be.
