Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups premium chocolate, chopped
- Various fruits (strawberries, melon, cherries…), croissants, waffles, brioche, for dipping
Procedure
Put a large sauce pan on the burner, press ’Start’ then ’Simmer’. Heat cream until warm, but do not bring to a boil. Pour in chocolate while stirring continuously. Mixture will become smooth. Press ’Warm’ to keep warm. Dip fruits, breads, or dessert treats.
