He now has seven shops, including Chocolate Haven, his Manhattan chocolate factory.
Jacques has won numerous awards and hosted a 52-episode public television series, “Dessert Circus with Jacques Torres” and the Food Network’s “Chocolate with Jacques Torres.” He’s also written 3 cookbooks, his most recent being A Year in Chocolate.Chef Jacques takes great pride in his chocolates being all-natural with no preservatives or artificial flavors. He looks forward to sharing his techniques and enthusiasm with you in this very special chocolate demo class.
