Cinnamon Rice Milk

Cinnamon Rice Milk
Serves
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cups filtered water


Procedure
To the carafe add rice, cinnamon stick and 4 cups water. Cover and set aside to soak for 12 hours.

Pour contents of carafe into the bowl of a blender. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth.

Twist nylon mesh filter onto cone, set cone on top of carafe.

Pour rice mixture into cone and let strain, mixture will take about 30 minutes to strain completely. Top carafe with lid and store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
