Class Description: Join us for this very special class and learn to create classic favorites with world-renowned All Clad cookware. Our instructor will walk you through techniques for creating a rich, autumn-inspired bisque and pan-roasting a deliciously crispy duck breast. You'll enjoy working alongside classmates perfecting the art of sauce reduction and making a delicious dessert with a decadent chocolate sauce. Best of all, you'll go home with your own All Clad saucepan so you can recreate this fabulous fare right in your own kitchen. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
