There are two delicious ways to enjoy the Sur La Table Cookbook Club!
1. Listen & Learn:Review the recipe before class, then in class, watch the author, take notes and ask questions in real-time so you can effortlessly recreate the meal later.
2. Prep & Cook:Before class, review the recipe and complete ALL prep stated in the recipe packet before, then cook along with the author and ask questions in real-time.
Note: you may need to complete some recipes after class.

Download and review the recipe packet for your class. (Click here for recipe/prep packet) This packet contains essential shopping lists, pre-class prep guides and more. Use the shopping list to gather ingredients prior to the day of your class, if you choose to cook along.

All the Details

The class fee is per household—you can have as many cooks in your kitchen as you like.
Classes are 1 to 1 ½ hours, unless otherwise noted above.
Class start time is listed in Eastern Time.
Class seats are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Cookbooks are only available while supplies last.
A moderator will help field questions and facilitate smooth communication between the students and instructor.
