Booking & Cancellation Policy
We want to make sure planning your event is as easy and stress-free as possible. Here’s what to keep in mind:
Securing Your Date: To lock in your perfect event time, a signed contract and payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Best Booking Window: We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance to get your ideal date, but if you're feeling spontaneous, we often have last-minute openings—so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Cancellation Policy: 14+ days before your event: Receive a full refund of your event fee. 0-13 days before your event: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds at this stage.

Team Building & Customization
All Sur La Table Private Events are hands-on and ideal for team building. Each menu can be adjusted to incorporate competition elements, teamwork elements, or mystery elements, making your event even more engaging. Learn more about our Corporate Events.
Special Requests & Additional Fees
Extra Time in the Kitchen: Need more time to perfect your dish or have a team meeting? You can extend your kitchen session for an additional fee based on availability.
Gratuity: Our instructors love sharing their passion for cooking, and we do not require gratuity for our chefs.
Alcohol: While we don’t supply alcohol at any location, you’re welcome to bring your own beer or wine. (subject to location policies, please confirm with your local Sur La Table).
Aprons: Standard kitchen aprons are provided at no charge. Want to gift guests a take-home apron? Use your exclusive 10% retail discount to purchase them.
Charcuterie & Appetizers: Elevate your event with delicious starters! We offer charcuterie boards and appetizers at an additional fee based on headcount.
