What you will learn
Learn simple methods for mastering the preparation and cooking of a variety of seafood. We’ll share tips for taking advantage of what’s available at market, then walk you through various essential techniques, such as creating a perfect sear on scallops, preparing a classic hollandaise, and we’ll cover steps to impart great flavor into salmon. We’ll also explain how to elevate each with seasonings and homemade sauces. You’ll be creating incredibly delicious restaurant-quality dishes in no time.
