Join us for this special demonstration class as Chef Jason Alley of local favorite Comfort joins us in the Sur La Table Kitchen. Chef Alley will share with us a few of his favorite recipes as well as his love of delicious, soothing, and well-prepared comfort food.
Since its opening in September 2003, Comfort has become one of Richmond’s most popular gathering spots. The inspiration for the down-home style of Comfort came from Alley’s desire to serve simple and deliciously cooked food that people can relate to. Before opening Comfort, Chef Alley worked in several acclaimed restaurants including 1848 House and Blue Ridge Grill in Atlanta and the Europa Café and Tapas Bar right here in Richmond.
