What you will learn
Chase away the chill of an autumn evening by spending some quality time in the kitchen. In this fun, hands-on class, you'll work alongside other students learning to transform seasonal ingredients into a wonderful meal. Our instructor will walk you through techniques for perfectly cooking pork and creating easy vinaigrette and pan sauce from scratch. Plus, we’ll practice blanching, sautéing and even making homemade caramel for a scrumptious, autumn-inspired pot de crème.
