FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do I pick up my order?
There are no designated spots for curbside pick up outside of our stores.
The store associate will let you know where to park for pick up when taking your order over the phone.

How will you be able to find my car?
When you call the store to let us know that you’ve arrived, a store associate will ask you the color and model of your car.

What should I do when I arrive for curbside pickup?
Please remain in your vehicle. Our associate will approach your driver’s side window and ask for identification.
Please be ready to show your photo ID through the glass without rolling the window down. After your identity has been verified, you may either pop your trunk or direct the associate to open a backseat door to load your purchases inside.

What are the hours you offer this service?
Curbside pick up is available from 11am – 7pm.
The last pickup for the day will be 1 hour prior to closing (6pm).
Orders placed after 6pm will be available for pickup the following day.

Is there a cost for curbside pickup?
No.

Is there a minimum purchase amount for curbside pickup?
No.

Are any products excluded from curbside pickup?
No. We will happily bring any available product out to your car.

What about gift cards?
Gift cards are excluded from curbside pickup, but you can purchase them online at https://www.surlatable.com/gifts/gift-cards/

How soon after I place my order can I pick it up?
The store associate will give you a timeframe when you place your order over the phone.

When will I get charged for the purchase?
You will be charged for the purchase when you complete your order over the phone.

What types of payments do you accept?
Credit card or SLT Gift Cards will be accepted as payment. We cannot accept cash or checks for curbside pickup.
Since this is a no-contact process, we will not require a signature but will need to see a photo ID at the time of pickup.

Do I need to tip the associates for delivering to my car?
No. A friendly wave is all we need!

Can someone other than myself pick up my order?
The person whose name is on the order/credit card must be the one to pick up the order.

What if I want to return my order?

Can I add to my order when I get to the store?
No—orders are packed and charged at the time of purchase and cannot be changed once processed. If you need to place another order, call your local store or visit surlatable.com.
