What you will learn

In this hands-on class, our instructor will show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a scrumptious Italian dinner. You'll learn techniques for everything from perfectly searing scallops to making succulent stuffed pork tenderloin. We'll share secrets for blanching and sautéing vegetables and finish off an a sweet note with a rich and creamy panna cotta. Once you discover how easy it is to create a fabulous Italian feast, you'll want to share your passion for cooking with family and friends.
