What you will learn
Working alongside your companion, you’ll learn a variety of important gourmet techniques that will improve your culinary repertoire. Our chef instructor will introduce unique seasonal flavor combinations, and share secrets to preparing the perfect risotto every time, show you how to sear fresh fish like a professional, and even make truffles. After this class, you'll be inspired to create restaurant-quality dishes at home to share with family and friends.
