Class Description: Take a vacation from traditional cookout fare and explore a variety of great grilling techniques from across the globe. In this fun, hands-on class, our instructor will walk you through the steps for grilling everything from potatoes to pineapples. You’ll love working alongside your date and other couples as you practice roasting tomatillos, creating spicy chicken skewers and making a rum glaze you’ll want to eat by the spoonful. We’ll end on a sweet note with a tropical homemade ice cream that’s perfect for sharing.
