Class Description: Invite your special someone to join us for an evening filled with fun, romance and fabulous flavors. In this hands-on class, our instructor will show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a traditional Italian dinner. We’ll prepare and serve antipasti while you and your date work alongside other couples to create the rest of the meal. Our instructor will walk you through techniques for searing, sauce making, creating vinaigrette from scratch and cooking pasta to perfection. We’ll end on a delightfully sweet note with a dolce course featuring creamy homemade custard. Once you discover how easy it is to create a classic Italian feast, you'll want to share your passion for cooking with family and friends.
Please Note: Class price is per person.
