In this class, we're focusing on everybody's favorite course: dessert. So join us in the kitchen to discover the surprisingly simple secrets behind four spectacular desserts. Our instructor will show you how to create decadent individual cheesecakes and silky-smooth pots de crème. We'll walk you through the essentials of crepe making and share techniques for preparing tart pastry dough from scratch.
