What you will learn
Although dim sum has been around for quite a while in China, it's just now growing in popularity in the United States. Dim sum is a light meal or brunch consisting of dumplings, rolls and other small bites, usually accompanied by tea. With help from our chef you'll learn how to create these savory morsels and impress your family and friends by hosting a dim sum party.
