Class Description: Explore the healthy and delicious side of the hottest superfoods like salmon, chia, avocados, almonds and more. Join us for this hands-on class and learn how these amazing whole-food ingredients boost energy, enhance health and support overall well-being. You’ll work alongside other students learning techniques for grilling fish, cooking ancient grains and baking cookies with coconut flour. Plus, our instructor will show you how to easily make your own vinaigrette and compound butter. Once you learn how simple it can be to incorporate superfoods into your everyday diet, you’ll look forward to sharing a lifetime of healthy meals with family and friends.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
