What you will learn
Influenced by the cuisine of Greece, Italy, France and Spain, the island flavors of Capri are bright and lively with fresh fish and vegetables, luscious olive oil and traditional fare such as gnocchi, shrimp and more. Join our chef instructor and other participants as you create Mediterranean classics that are perfect for picnics or lunches in the sun. We’ll finish with a tart and tangy lemon gelato.
